Setting your goals

Lesson numero uno - what is it that you desire?

Task for this this lesson is pretty simple, create 2 or 3 intrinsic goals. Make sure your goals have an emotional connection and is something you actually want so you can stick to it. You can make these as BIG or small as you wish.

An example;

For the next four weeks I will eat 90% less sugar

In 6 months I want to have enough focus to read non stop for 30 minutes.

In 1 year I want to be able to do 50 push ups in a row
